A bunch of the family and four missionaries cleaned the herb garden. The Rosemary was actually a tree and they pulled it out root and all. Dustin and Dave just went nuts on the Elderberry brush. It was huge and really needed to be taken away. The new garden will be closer to the house and we're all anxious to plant vegetables, no catnip ever, it smells like skunk. And calls to the skunks and raccoons? Where are the cats? Oh yeah, the lion is in the trees.
There really is a lion that was spotted a couple times today. I think our lamb is calling it from Jurassic Park. I added a picture of our edge of the Oak Trees near the river or Lion Rd. Santa Paula is a Mountain Lion magnet.

I want to ride today. It's sooo beautiful outside! My classes are calling me and I'm dancing tonight. I love my jazz class. Dancing is wonderful if I'm not wearing my old, worn-out, "Fat - Baby" cowgirl boots. Those boots have been through fat, 1500 pound steers, various goats, sheep, and yes, pigs, and lots of cleaning, and every trail ride. Do I need boots for my birthday?
